Solsis Achieves Cisco Silver CertificationFebruary 02, 2005
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 2 (Bernama) -- Solsis (M) Sdn Bhd was recently given the Silver Certification by Cisco Systems Inc for meeting high standards of personnel, support, specialization and customer satisfaction requirements. In a statement, Solsis, a subsidiary of Dataprep Holdings Bhd, said in addition to the certification, it has demonstrated its expertise in selling, installing and supporting Cisco solutions in Malaysia. "Our commitment and constant need in nurturing the client's expectations have successfully led us to be certified. This is a testament of our proven technical knowledge," said managing director of Solsis' managed network services division, Ahmad Rizan Ibrahim. He said the Silver Certification also recognised Solsis innovative leadership in spearheading the two specialisations unit of routing and switching, and wireless local area network (LAN). The certification, he added, also acknowledged the commitment that Solsis has placed in consistently delivering a high level of quality in technical support, network expertise, support competency and customer satisfaction. The Silver Certification, part of Cisco's channel partner programme, will provide Solsis with the resource framework to offer its customers a wider range of support and services to meet their evolving needs.
