Solsis will be organising a workshop on "Creating a Service Oriented Organization" for Selangor State Its and Town Councils. The Objectives are

  1. To provide a platform to impart knowledge and to share with regards to the latest trend in Service Orientation
  2. To provide an opportunity for the service provider to obtain feedback on governmental organizations requirements and concerns on Service Orientation.

The target audience are the Key decision makers or process owners of the customer or public facing units e.g. Customer Service Department, Complain Bureau, Help Desk, Traffic Services and the IT departments in Municipal Councils / Rural Councils or other customer facing Government Agencies.
