HRMBC Organised a Management Seminar for GLC

Dataprep and BearingPoint jointly organised a forum focusing on "Performance Management: Measures that Matter" for the CEOs and senior executives of the Government-linked Companies (GLC). The forum was held on 9 August 2004 at Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (KLGCC).

This forum introduces the concept of Performance Management and addresses issues pertaining to it, including:

  • How to use performance management to drive excellence in the organization;
  • Implementation challenges;
  • A sharing session by HR practitioners on their experiences in implementing performance management and KPI initiatives.

The forum was a success, with about 40 attendees including senior management from renowned government departments such as Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, MINDEF, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Pos Malaysia and Securities Commission participating.
