Dataprep participates in biggest & most prominent ICT event in Asia Pudong, Shanghai (Peoples Republic of China), September 18-21, 2003: Dataprep for the first time participated in the CeBIT Asia 2003. Slated as the biggest and most prominent ICT event in Asia, market leading ICT companies featured their latest products. Instant Office Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Dataprep Holdings Bhd proudly featured instantOffice?, a locally moulded e-business solution. Showcasing their various offerings ranging from portal management, e-collaboration and e-commerce solutions, to ERP as well as infrastructure services. "Dataprep as well as other ICT companies are passing through a challenging period and this opportunity might boost its presence locally and in the Asian region," commented Chua Jim Boon, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Dataprep. These same thoughts were echoed by Instant Office Sdn Bhd, Managing Director, Eric Sito, who highlighted the importance of value creation, which he said was in the centre stage of all economic activity. "Although the Asian ICT companies are facing competitive times and exigent needs, we continued to remain positive and the expected economic growth rate of 6.5 is a testimony of our ICT future. In charge of international business, Shen Lim, Managing Director, Dataprep International Ltd, another subsidiary responsible for bringing Dataprep solutions to China said, "Companies like Dataprep were passing through exciting and demanding times.
