Non-Executive DirectorEncik Muhammad Fauzi Bin Abd. Ghani
Encik Muhammad Fauzi Bin Abd. Ghani, a Malaysian, aged 49, was appointed to the Board in September 1998. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University, a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia as well as a Post-graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from Institute Teknologi MARA. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Accountants and CPA, Australia. He joined Arthur Andersen & Co as a Tax Accountant in 1985. He then forged ahead his career by joining Arab-Malaysian as an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Finance department, Sapura Telecommunications Bhd as Group Financial Controller and Head of Strategic & Business Development of Golden Hope Plantations Berhad.He has accumulated professional experience of more than 20 years. He presently sits on the Audit Committee as an Ordinary Member and on the Remuneration, Quality & Nominating Committee as Chairman. He is a Director of Microgreen Bio-Industrial Bhd. |
