Encik Muhammad Fauzi Bin Abd. Ghani, a Malaysian, aged 46, was appointed to the Board in September 1998. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University, a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia as well as a Post-graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from Institute Teknologi MARA. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Accountants and CPA, Australia. He joined Arthur Andersen & Co as a Tax Accountant in 1985. He then forge ahead his career by joining Arab-Malaysian as an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Finance department, Sapura Telecommunications Bhd as Group Financial Controller and Head of Strategic & Business Development of Golden Hope Plantations Berhad.He has accumulated professional experience of more than 19 years. He presently sits on the Audit Committee and Remuneration, Quality & Nominating Committee as an Ordinary Member. He is a Director of Microgreen Bio-Industrial Bhd. |
