Head of Consulting & Technology Integration

Encik Ahmad Rizan Ibrahim

Ahmad Rizan Ibrahim, aged 47 and a Malaysian, has two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Management Science,and a Master of Computer Science and MBA from Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon.

Ahmad Rizan Ibrahim was a partner with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and also the Head of Andersen’s ASEAN Enterprise Application Line-of- Business. He also served as Andersen’s Asia Pacific Head of Enterprise Application for two years. Prior to joining Arthur Andersen, he served as the Consulting Director for Oracle Systems Malaysia Sdn.Bhd.

Ahmad Rizan Ibrahim is the Head of Management Advisory Services and Special Projects (MAS) Unit and is also the Managing Director of Solsisnet Sdn Bhd and Solsis (M) Sdn Bhd. He has over 20 years of management and consulting experience in ICT Strategic Master Plan, technology design and implementation, package implementation, custom implementation, operations management, eBusiness, project management, and general management for government and manufacturing sectors.
